For Landlords

We offer a unbeatable low rate and package and will treat the property like it is our own. You have nothing else to pay and you only pay if we let out your property.

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and are accredited with the National Landlord Accreditation Scheme and Lincoln City Council Trusted Agent Scheme.

If your property is let to students we will ensure the property is accredited with the University of Lincoln.
